Terms and Conditions and Important Information:
- Avail the device offer within 90 days of activating the smartphone in Banglalink Network. After 90 days of handset usage in Banglalink Network, offer will not be valid for this handset.
- Bonus offer is applicable with all handsets.
- To activate the offer on the handset, Banglalink SIM must be in SIM slot 1 and dial *121*701# to avail the free internet offer. 4GB (1GB Regular + 3GB Toffee) – This offer will be launched in the first month for a period of 7 days.
- Customers need to dial *121*702# with the same handset and same number every month to avail the next 11 months offer, valid from 2nd month to 11th month maximum.
- The bonus offer will be activated within a maximum of 48 hours.
- If the customer has already activated any handset offer, no new offer will be applicable till the expiry of the current offer.
- To check remaining pack balance dial *5000*500# or *121*1#
- Customers must be in 4G coverage area to enjoy 4G speed.
- After pack volume or expiry, user can use up to 5 MB. In that case, the original balance will be charged at Pay-As-You-Go rate of Tk 1 (+tax)/MB (10 Kb/s pulse is applicable). Pay-As You Go internet usage will be off after 5MB usage for Tk 6.66 (Tk 5 + Tk 1.66 tax) until new pack is purchased.

- Bonus offers are applicable for All prepaid and CnC subscribers.
- For the eligible handset, Banglalink SIM needs to be in SIM slot 1, and to avail the free internet offer, dial *5000*521#.
- For the rest of the 11 months, subscribers need to dial *5000*523# with the same handset.
- Based on eligibility, bonus will be disbursed within a maximum of 48 hours.
- If the subscriber is currently in any device campaign and wants to go to a new campaign, he has to wait until the previous campaign gets expired.
- To check remaining pack balance, dial *5000*500#
- These handsets can be used with other operator’s SIM.
- Subscribers need to be within 4G coverage areas to enjoy the 4G speed, and 3G coverage areas to enjoy the 3G speed.
- If a customer is out of 4G/3G Coverage, he/she will only be able to enjoy 2G speed.
- After completion of pack volume or validity, you will be charged at Pay-As-You-Go rate of TK.1/MB (excluding of VAT, Supplementary Duty and Surcharge) with 10KB pulse. After Tk. 6.09 (including of VAT, Supplementary Duty and Surcharge) your Pay-As-You-Go internet usage will be blocked.
- Smartphone companies will be solely responsible for the After Sales Service and warranty of their own handsets.
- The price of the smartphone handsets may change from time to time as per the decision of their company.
